		<description><![CDATA[This is a cool tip. I accidentally stumbled on another. If you point at a flat edge (doesn&#039;t work at corners) and move the other way, you can drag the window. Point at the right edge and move left or right to resize but move up or down and you drag the window. Once you start, you can move any way you want. Same with top or bottom (start moving sideways).]]></description>
