Updating Puzzles?

The Chronicle of Higher Ed puzzle hasn't updated since 12-19-2008.
I'm not sure if they just don't do one every week or what.
How do we find out how often the puzzle is updated? -
I wouldn't be surprised if they are just slow during the holidays. Some of the smaller puzzle sources seem to take vacations, unlike the NYT :)
You can see from this page that they haven't listed a newer puzzle yet on their main download page, either:
