Charged for re-download

    I purchased Shush 1.0 last year, but the iTunes store is asking me to pay to re-download it. I'm using the same account, any ideas how I can re-download it?

    Hi Echilon - unfortunately the mysteries of the Apple App Store are not made any clearer to us developers than to customers. I am surprised it is asking you to pay again, but maybe after some period of time it doesn't let you redownload for free?

    I have a limited number of promotional codes that are typically used for press and reviewers, but I will send you one.
