Image upload to Wordpress

I can not get the image upload to work on my Wordpress site....
Whatever I do it says Upload error and I get this message:
Can’t upload file for Cykeltur because the server reported an error: Could not write file httpfalke.nutestfalke.jpg.
As you can see all / and : are stripped....
I hope you can give me some indication on where to look next?
