Posting Private?

I like to use the "private" section of my WordPress as a blog.
I can't find the ability to post as private or a password anywhere in MarsEdit or the help files. Is this not possible? -
These features are not currently supported for WordPress from MarsEdit, I'm afraid. The best workaround I know is to publish as draft and then login to the admin panel and move them over to private. I know that's annoying though.

Is this and/or "password" posts anywhere on the roadmap for MarsEdit?

Yep, it's on my list, but I don't have a specific estimate for when I'll get a chance to do it.
