    I am wanting to attach marsedit to my wp site. Sorry I am a beginner. Marsedit is asking me to do so by going to wp-admin/options-writing.php.
    What do I do when I get there to activate it?

    Under the "Remote Settings" heading make sure you have "Enable the Atom Publishing Protocol" checked and "Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols" checked.
