How to start

I am asked the name of my blog and I put in the one I have jsut made up and the URL. how do I go about getting this? Sorry to be so basic....

Hi there - did you set up a blog on the web? If so do you mind sharing with me the URL? It will help me understand what you might be getting hung up on after trying to set it up in MarsEdit.
If you enter then name and URL into MarsEdit and it is not able to automatically download your recent posts, does it present any kind of error when it fails?
