Please support F16 through F19

At present, F17 through F19 show up with an incorrect glyph in the preferences, and not at all in the menu.

Sigh - thanks. This is quite overdue, somebody reported the problem some time ago. But I have to get my hands on a keyboard that has the extra keys. Been meaning to do some debugging at the Apple Store actually :)
