Hi pengman - looks like they are not slated to publish another one until July 10th:

However as you can see it looks like you can grab it early from that page. I guess they have been skipping a week or two here and there lately. If you ever wonder you can go back to that page and see if they have anything else in the works.

I'm not sure if it was related to this delay, but it looks like the Chronicle also changed the format of their URL at some point along the line. So I fixed it in the latest Black Ink 1.1.7:
